Release agents

LP 113/03

Sprayed before entering the second machine, on the rear edge of the already edged panel, prevents excess glue from adhering.

LPZ II

Applied after milling on both sides of the panel, prevents glue build-up on flat surface.

TH 97

Release agent to high thermal resistance, it is ideal for machines from postforming and softforming. Alternative to LPZ II for areas subject to high heat.

AGENT LP 120/12

Release agent for pressure rollers, reduces friction, marking and glue deposits. Resistant to high temperatures, is perfect for hot air or laser machines.

Slippery

Riepe Nfly

Creates a protective layer on the edge to prevent damage to shiny or delicate surfaces. It also prevents the transfer of glue onto rollers and shoes.

Lube Pen

Lubricant pen used to apply a special lubricant directly to the feed guide of the edge bander. This ensures smooth feeding of the workpieces to the conveyor chains.

Multiclean 20

It is the all-rounder among detergents: it effortlessly removes even the stubborn dirt. At the same time, it is also indicated for delicate surfaces like the shiny or super matte ones.

Cooling

LP 289/99

Applied after gluing, cool the adhesive film, preventing hot residues from settling on the utensils. Neutralizes electrostatic charges to improve suction.

Agent WZG 12

Specific coolant for the part top and bottom of the panel. Reduces the risk of cracking and keeps tools cleaner and free from glue.

Cleaners

LP 163/93

Cleaner to be used in combination with brushes. Completely removes release agents and glue residues, ensuring a perfectly clean surface.

Riepe 305/98

Cleaner Highly effective manual, removes non-reactive hot melt glues, grease and dust. Dries quickly, leaves no streaks, It is not carcinogenic.

Riepe 407/13

Ideal for cleaning chains, rollers and rubber components, without attacking the plastic parts.

LP305/98 PLUS

Manual cleaner that effortlessly removes adhesive residue from plastic surfaces, even polyurethane (PUR) residues not yet hardenedi. Suitable for medium to stubborn dirt.

LP208/56

Manual cleaner that effortlessly removes adhesive residue from plastic surfaces. Thanks to its delicate formulation, it is particularly suitable for light dirt.

Anti-Cloud-Cleaner LP805/16:

Detergent that easily removes adhesive residue from plastic surfaces. It is particularly suitable for decorations and dark surfaces. The product is formulated for evaporate more slowly, effectively preventing the formation of halos on the piece.

Sealants

Hydropen - Rielpe LPH/19

Liquid hydrophobic polyurethane based, developed to seal the glue or laser joints. Protects from humidity and infiltrations future.

Brushes and accessories

Cloth Discs - Sisal Fiber Cloth

Specific brushes to remove burrs and residues, polish the edge and reduce whitening in thermoplastic materials, in combination with the cleaner LP 163/93.

Texture Finish

It consists of a spray system and from a Brush combination. The liquid prevents the adhesive from sticking to the workpiece and keeps the brushes free from residue. The brushes remove adhesive residues in the junction area and they absorb liquids previously applied.
